Join Our Team: Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Serving Sheridan & Johnson Counties – 20-25 Hours/Week
The Bighorn Development Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time PT or PTA to join our dedicated early intervention team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children ages birth through five across Sheridan and Johnson Counties. As part of our mission to support and strengthen children and families, you’ll provide therapy services that help young children gain independence, confidence, and movement through their early developmental years.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide physical therapy services in home, community, and educational settings
• Support children with developmental delays through direct therapy and caregiver coaching
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IFSP/IEP goals
• Maintain clear documentation in compliance with federal and state requirements
• Conduct evaluations and assessments using appropriate tools
• Travel between Sheridan and Johnson Counties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed PT or PTA in the state of Wyoming (or eligible for licensure)
• Pediatric experience preferred, especially in early intervention or school-based settings
• Strong communication skills and a heart for working with children and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
