Position Overview:
We are hiring for full-time and part-time Preschool Lead Teacher and Co-Teacher positions, based on experience and program needs, to support our high-quality early learning programs serving typically developing children and children with developmental delays. Starting wage range: $16.58 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social-emotional development
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s individual needs
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support children’s growth and school readiness through developmentally appropriate practices

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• Preferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with young children in a preschool or early learning environment preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
