Full-Time Speech-Language Therapist

Join Our Team: Full-Time Speech-Language Therapist – Sheridan & Johnson County, WY

The Bighorn Development Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Therapist to join our team full-time in Sheridan & Johnson Counties, Wyoming. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on children from birth through five years old who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. As a key member of our early intervention team, you’ll help children find their voice—literally and figuratively—through meaningful, individualized therapy and family-centered support.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide speech & language therapy in natural environments and educational settings
• Develop and implement IFSP and IEP goals with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct evaluations and assessments using appropriate tools
• Support family involvement and carryover through coaching and collaborative planning
• Maintain clear documentation aligned with federal and state requirements

What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Wyoming licensure (or eligible) and CCC-SLP or CFY status
• Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position Highlights:
• Sign on bonus: $5,000
• Salary Range: $51,000 - $64,000 DOE
• Full-Time, 35 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, following the school calendar year, with approximately 14 workdays during the summer, for a total of 192 workdays annually.
