Warehouse Associate

RTG Parts is seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. We are a family-owned company that has served firearm enthusiasts, collectors, dealers, and law enforcement for over 25 years.

Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble shipping boxes and prepare packages for shipment.
• Receive, organize, and restock inventory and warehouse materials.
• Prepare products for sale by counting, inspecting, cleaning, bundling, wrapping, heat-sealing, labeling, and assembling as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and help keep warehouse shelves stocked.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing trash, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with other warehouse projects and daily operations as needed.

Qualifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Strong reading skills with the ability to accurately match products to packing slips and shipping documents.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, forklift, or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in firearms and related products is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday.
• Regularly walk, bend, squat, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds

Additional Requirements
• Must be legally eligible to work around firearms (no felony convictions or other prohibiting factors).
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Compensation Commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Opportunities for advancement are available.
