Marketing and E-Commerce Associate

RTG Parts is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of creative marketing and hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a family-owned company serving firearm enthusiasts, collectors, dealers, and law enforcement for over 25 years, everyone on our team pitches in where needed. One day you may be creating an email campaign or photographing new products, and the next you may be helping fulfill customer orders during a busy shipping day.

Responsibilities

Marketing & E-Commerce
• Create, schedule, and manage promotional email campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Photograph products for our website, email marketing, and social media.
• Edit, organize, and maintain product photos and other marketing assets.
• Assist with product listings and website content.
• Help promote new products, sales, and special promotions.
• Work with management to develop marketing ideas and seasonal campaigns.

Warehouse Support
•Cross-train in warehouse operations and assist with order fulfillment as needed.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble shipping boxes and prepare outgoing packages.
• Receive, organize, and restock inventory.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Assist with other warehouse projects and daily operations as needed.

Qualifications
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Comfortable using or learning Mailchimp and basic photo editing software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative with an eye for product photography and presentation.
• Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Photography, graphic design, digital marketing, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Warehouse or shipping experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in firearms and related products is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to remain on your feet for portions of the workday.
• Regularly walk, bend, squat, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds

Additional Requirements
• Must be legally eligible to work around firearms (no felony convictions or other prohibiting factors).
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
