Our floral studio is an essential part of this vision, offering everyday arrangements, custom designs, and wedding florals.
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist to design and care for beautiful floral arrangements that inspire and delight our customers. This role blends artistry with organizational responsibility—crafting arrangements for daily sales, weddings, and events while also handling ordering, inventory, and shop upkeep. The Florist will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of Cottonwood’s floral offerings and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Design floral arrangements for everyday sales, weddings, and special events

Care for and maintain fresh flowers, plants, and shop displays

Consult with clients on custom designs, especially wedding florals and event arrangements

Order flowers and supplies, track inventory, and process deliveries

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests in floral and plant selections

Support floral needs for in-store classes, private parties, and community projects

Previous floral design experience with a strong portfolio of work

Knowledge of flower varieties, plant care, and seasonal availability

Creative eye paired with strong organizational and planning skills

Ability to balance hands-on design with ordering and behind-the-scenes responsibilities
