Schedule: Mondays starting at 9:00 AM
Pay: $20–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

About Truly Beef:
Truly Beef is a family-owned ranch business committed to providing high-quality, ranch-raised beef directly to customers. We manage online orders, retail sales, and special events, and we’re looking for someone organized and dependable to oversee shipping and inventory operations.

Position Overview:
The Shipping Manager will be responsible for organizing inventory, preparing and shipping customer orders, maintaining shipping materials, and helping keep our retail space stocked and organized. This role involves a high level of independence while also collaborating with the owner on special orders and marketing events.

Responsibilities:
● Organize and track inventory of beef products and shipping materials
● Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
● Create shipping labels using ShipStation
● Review and process orders from Wix
● Monitor and restock the retail display space
● Maintain organized shipping and storage areas
● Coordinate with the owner on special orders and marketing events
● Help implement systems to improve organization and workflow
● Assist in training and organizing additional team members as the business grows

Qualifications:
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
● Comfortable using computer software for order management and shipping
● Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
● Positive attitude and reliability
● Experience with shipping/logistics, inventory management, Wix, or ShipStation preferred (training available)
