Barista (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

● Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.

● Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude when they walk in the door.

● Accurately take orders and operate the point-of-sale system.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work environment.

● Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

● Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.

● Open and/or close the shop following established procedures.

● Work as part of a team to create an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications:

● Must be at least 16 years old.

● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

● Reliable and punctual.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

● Willingness to learn and receive coaching.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

● Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

Availability:

Morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available. Flexible scheduling based on availability.
