Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Fabricator/Installer to join our stone fabrication team. This role is essential in producing high-quality countertops and ensuring precise, professional installations for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Experience in stone fabrication or construction is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fabricate stone countertops including cutting, polishing, and finishing materials
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, polishers, and CNC machinery
- Assist with loading, transporting, and unloading stone materials safely
- Install countertops at job sites with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure proper seam placement, leveling, and secure installation
- Work with sinks, faucets, and other components during installation
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Represent the company professionally on job sites
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy materials (100+ lbs with team assistance)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Experience in stone fabrication, construction, or a related field is a plus but not required
