ValleyFest Business Participation

• Event: ValleyFest
• Dates: Aug. 28-29
• Location: Ranchester, in conjunction with Tongue River Brewing's BBQ Cook-Off
• Hosted by: Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce's Tongue River Valley Business Committee (TRVBC)

• Showcase Tongue River Valley businesses and organizations.
• Encourage residents and visitors to discover the valley by visiting participating locations.

• Must be located in the valley
• Chamber Members: $25
• Non-Members: $35
• Deadline: 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19

• Welcome visitors at your business location.
• Set up a booth behind the Natural History Museum.
• Booth space is included with registration, but you must request it on the registration form.

• All participating businesses and organizations will be listed on the passport.
• Visitors can pick up a passport at:
  • Any participating business
  • Any participating booth
  • The Chamber tent during ValleyFest
• Participants initial visitors' passports when they stop by.
• Visitors return completed passports to the Chamber tent for a prize drawing.
• The more participating businesses or organizations a visitor visits, the more prize drawing entries they receive.
